    Default Vanilla wafers

Special Recipe ( I took this from the budget stretcher newsletter)

    Vanilla Wafers

    2/3 cup margarine
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder

Cream margarine, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla. Beat in
flour and baking powder until well blended. Drop by
teaspoonfuls on well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at
    350 degrees for 10 minutes.

I thought they looked so easy. Especially a good recipe if I was running low on ingredients.
