Default Mc mom's is open for business...

...well, maybe not for business, but for dinner!!

    http://stuffucanuse.com/Macdonald%20recipies.htm

I made these last night. A total of eight burgers and they were all gone!! DD never ever finishes dinner. She did last night. DS2 even finished his.

I did everything the same EXCEPT i didn't add the onion until it was time to assemble and AFTER I drained and patted dry the patty. I am SURE that cuts the fat some. Also I didn't add as much seasoning as it seems the writer was suggesting.

I bet these can be made ahead and frozen for fast dinners for the family. We just loved it. DH thought i'd gone to mc d's

Thanks, haven't gone to McD's in a very long while since it is junk food to me. But boy do I miss it. Now will be able to make it "healthier".

O.M.G! Thank you for posting this. I've got food allergies, and I miss McD's. I'm drooling on the keyboard....

I'm soooo going to make the fries. I heard that the reason that the McD fries aren't what they used to be is because they took the lard out of the recipe.

It said that the Hamburger seasoning had "Accent" in it. What is that? Can you find that in the spice aisle? Thanks for the help!
