Ok, I've only ever had them at Shoney's and the closest one to me is in Harrisburg, PA. That is about 3 1/2 hours away!

It is strips of bread dipped in a batter (this is the part I can't figure out), then they are deep fried and rolled in a cinnamon and sugar mixture.

    Thanks,
    Diana

All I do is put cinnamon, milk, flour, and one egg in a bowl and mix. You want a pancake like consistency. Cut your bread in 3's from top to bottom for sticks. Then dip in batter and cook in butter. WALA!! My kids love these. You can sprinkle cinnamon or powdered sugar on them also. YUM!!
