Default please help me with an ink stain

I'm ironing my hubby's dress shirts and I just discovered an ink stain on the pocket of his favorite shirt.

Any suggestions to get the stain out?

    Thanks!

hairspray...spray it on the ink spot and launder as usual. After the wash, before the dry cycle check it and see if it needs reapplication.

Rubbing alcohol is good for getting out ball point pen and some marker's ink. Pour some on a clean cloth and dab away at the stain, using a new clean section of the cloth every time you dab and get some ink out.
