Question How many loads of laundry a week?

It is just my fiance and me here. Along with two cats and two dogs. We do 2-3 loads of laundry a week.

How many people are in your household and how many loads of laundry do you do a week?

    Thanks!

Our family consists of DH, DD, DS, and myself (plus one of my dogs has a few shirts and hoodies she wears when it is cold).

We average three load a day, so 21 a week.

A few things to keep in mind as to why we have so much laundry.
    1) We do not reuse towels or wear clothes more than once. One use and then they are washed. Everyone takes at least on bath a day, sometimes more - minimum of 4 towels a day.) In the summer we use even more towels when the kids are out back swimming.
    2) DH changes clothes an average of three times a day. (changes from what he slept in to his athletic shorts and t-shirt, from that to his khaki pants and dress shirt, from that to either khaki shorts or athletic shorts)
    3) They days DD volunteers she changes clothes an average of three times. They days she has volleyball then it is up to 4 (jammies to her volunteer clothes, to regular outfit to volleyball uniform to jammies or regular clothes).
    4) DS plays football and baseball. He has some type of practice just about every day so he changes three times on those days(sleepwear to regular clothes to football or baseball uniform to regular clothes or sleepwear).

We have 2 adults and 3 tween boys in the household. During the winter, two loads a day. During the summer, about one load a day.

Just me and Hubby and two cats.
Usually a load a day, lately it's been every other day (Hot weather, running around nearly naked). In the winter it's two loads a day.

There are four of us (DH and I, plus the two boys ages 4 & 7), I do a load every other day. So we do about 4 loads a week. If my youngest wets his bed, I do my best to throw his bed linens in with a half load I have sitting around, so it usually doesn't make much more...but sometimes it adds an extra load for the week.

Four of us here, and I'd say around 15 loads per week.

Dave uses 2 towels and 2 changes of clothes per day (he goes to the gym at lunch time).

I wish I could cut it down. It really seems ridiculous that we need to do so many.
