Default Need An Indoor Laundry Line

    Hi Everyone.

I live in an apartment and they would never let us put laundry on my patio here. Darn it.

But I have been using the dryer since I moved here and want to stop. I didn't bring my folding racks I had at the house.

I'm looking at the Mrs Pegg's Handy Line. It's kind of pricey at 164.95 for the small line. Argh. However I love the idea that it has actual lines you can use clothes pins on.

I'm also thinking of the future if I buy a manufactured home in a park, I could use it out back if I put big enough bushes up so the neighbors didn't complain.

Just kind of venting my thoughts here. I keep looking at Amazon at cheaper racks but I really want that Handy Line.

    Thanks for listening.

In the meantime -- I used spring loaded shower rods in the doorways, hung the clothes on hangers and hung the hangers on the rods.

At stores like Walmart, Target, Etc., you can get a retractable laundry line for around $10. Then you can take it down when you are done and you have an actual line to put pins on. Just a thought!

If it is too expensive now, I think Sunshine had a good idea.

I also see those wooden drying racks at thrift shops sometimes. Or put a 'wanted' ad on CL as see what you get.....maybe even for the line.
