My students are all reading the Marked series. I keep meaning to pick them up and start them, but never quite get around to it. Maybe I'll try one of these next!

I finally got Heaven is Real out of the car and finished it. Enjoyable read you are smiling at the end.
Definitely not something I would have picked up myself (a friend gave it to me to read) but if it had been a Hallmark Movie I would have watched it and cried through the whole thing LOLReba

I have decided to change my goal.
I do a lot of "heavy" reading and have
been thinking I need to diversify a little.
I was looking for a recipe book tonight
in the bookcase and ran into 8 YA classics
that I bought this summer at Walmart for $1.00
each. Since I have never read them, I thought
I would read them but then forgot them LOL
I also found 4 Janet Evanovich books, 1 Sue Grafton,
1 Patricia Cornwell and A. Lincoln by Ronald C. White
(actually, I found several more as well LOL)
So I am changing my goal to
4 books per month.
January:
Heaven is for Real Finished
Saint Edith Stein, A Spiritual Portrait (new choice, the other is a bit heavy)
The Secret Garden
Fearless Fourteen
February:
The Secret Holocaust Diaries
Peter Pan
Finger-licking Fifteen
The Road to Assisi
March:
Walk on Water
A. Lincoln
Sizziling Sixteen
The Little Princess
Ok, hopefully with some pre-planning, I can do this.
Oh, BTW, I put the first book into a sack and will
declutter most of them as I go along.Living Single and Loving it!

Almost done with Full Dark No Stars. Probably be done by tonight. I have gotten into the very good habit of reading for a half hour or so before going to bed. I wanted to finish last night, because I only have 20 pages or so left, but I was getting too tired and the words were starting to blur!
