Have you read the Outlander series?
I am almost done with the first one, and OMG I have had several of these books for probably 3yrs and started the first one acouple of times, but couldn't really get into them. I finally, last week, MADE myself read it........ It is soooo good!!!!! Normally , books DO NOT make me cry but when Claire was trying to make her decision to stay or go, I thought I was gonna lose it!!!!~! I asked at the library for the Outlandish companion , it looks really interesting!!!!
Would love to hear anyones' thoughts on this series!!!!!
Thanks,
SheriSheri

I love this series! The assistant in my dental office let me borrow her books and I was so skeptical. Like I would be interested in a semi-romantic kind of sci-fi ish time traveling book. LOL. But I'm like you. I LOVED it! The series is great, too! It really sucks you into their lives. They just get better with each book. I'm glad to see someone else is reading the series!

One of my favorite series of all time! I have all of them, and have read them many times!
Can't seem to get my sister to even pick up the first book though, not sure why. I guess some people can't get past the idea of time travel to see that most of the books aren't really about that.

I LOVE these books, I have read them over & over. I have even given them as gifts, but no one wants to read them. Everytime I re-read I get sucked in all over again-there goes the housework, so I've had to stay away for a while. I am anxiously awaiting the next book. Try the unabridged recorded books, the narrator is amazing and you get to hear the real pronuciation of each character!
Darlene, I did name my daughter Breanna (I just chose to spell it different-I like the way the e looks instead of the i-silly isn't it!?) plus my mom's name is Anna and my dh's grandmother is Anna, so I thought if fitting!

Tiffany, be prepared to completely unable to get anything done, once you get started.....I just finished Outlander, and started Dragonfly in Amber last night, although I have to say, I was NOT happy with the way it started...... Oh , well, on to reading again.......

These are my favorites! They are so complex and well written. DIA really got me at the end--and it was only a book!

DIA = Dragonfly In Amber
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this series! I've read through book 4 (Drums of Autumn) and have forced myself to take a break from reading the next one until we go on vacation starting next week. Gotta get housework done, after all. I can't wait to dig into #5 - I just hope nobody has checked them all out from the library!
