That sure took long enough. It is a shame her mother didn't live long enough to see this. I hope they solve this someday. There is definitely some sick person still out there.

The person who did this has gotten away because they were sooo focused on the family. While I understand focusing on the family, they just didn't seem to WANT to look at anyone else. I'm glad the family has been cleared. It sure took long enough.

I always thought the mother was innocent of this terrible crime, and that the law enforcement/attorneys, etc. had fouled this up in the biggest way possible. There were MANY errors made.
They said from the beginning that the little girl's body showed signs of sexual tampering - doesn't make sense that the mother would do that.
I know they also suspected JonBenet's brother for a while, but this new DNA evidence clears the entire family, so that's out too.
I honestly think they need to go back and grill that guy that came forward a year or so ago, saying he was with her when she died. Though they said the DNA evidence didn't implicate him at all, he knew WAY too much about the case that was never publicized....if he didn't do it, I strongly suspect he knows who did, or is connected to it somehow. He simply knew way too much about the non-public details of the case. Something is really fishy there. Maybe I'm wrong...but if the family has been cleared, they should be going back through their leads from when the case first opened and re-hashing all of them again.

That poor family. As if their daughter being murdered in their home wasn't bad enough.
