    Default The Caylee Anthony Story

Have any of you been following this story?
The one where the mother Casey Anthony says her little girl has been kidnapped and did not say anything till her mother questioned her and she said the little girl had been gone for 31 days.

If either one of my children were missing for 2 hours I would come unglued. If that stretched to 8 hours and then a day. I would be such a nut case I would not be able to hide it from anyone.

What are your thoughts on this if you have been following the story.

It is playing out in Orlando Florida.

I've been watching Fox News (w/Greta) every night for updates. It's just shocking to me and quite sad.

How could I not have heard of this story. That's all they talk about day in and day out.I live in florida so I have it on the local news as well.CONSTANTLY!!!!!! I am so tired of it. The mother is lying to her parents that she was kidnapped. She killed her.She is a sick person.I can't believe some stupid bounty person wants to pay her bail to get her out of jail. Another sick person who should not get involved.I feel very bad for the little girl, but all these lies and all this coverage is not doing anything. All her stories don't pan out. If I really felt she was kidnapped then yes-the coverage would help her.But it's obvious that's not the case here.

It's hard not to follow this story. As much as I really don't like Nancy Grace's style, I have to say she's one of the ones keeping the focus where it belongs - on the missing child.

I sometimes wonder if the mother's parents are in on something as well - they started out saying they didn't believe their daughter, that the car smelled like a dead body, etc. The mom's mother is the one that called the cops to begin with because the mom didn't. Now the mom's parents are totally supporting their daughter and saying they know she was kidnapped and the people that did it are being watched. Makes absolutely no sense.

I just keep praying that the little girl WAS kidnapped and will come back safe - and be put into foster care so she can possibly be adopted into a loving, safe home. She doesn't need to go back to that nutcase of a mom that she was unfortunately born to. It's a shame a child can't choose their parents in cases like these.

With the way the mother is acting, if I were her parents I would not believe her story. If even for a moment it was true that she was kidnapped by someone the mother knows, she is not acting the way 99.9 percent of people would. Even if my best friend took one of my children after this amount of time I would be balistic.

I have been following it on Nancy Grace. I just can't believe that the mother did not even say a word to anyone about her child missing. There is something very weird about this story and I can't wait until it all comes out. I have a feeling that it is going to have a tragic ending, but I am praying that I am wrong.

It's tragic and I keep praying the little girl is safe somewhere. I know the facts aren't pointing that way, but it breaks my heart to think something could have happened to that little girl, especially at the hands of her own mother. Maybe the Bounty Hunter will try some interagation tactics on the little girl's mother to get her to confess.

I think the mother did something to that little girl and even the grandmother said the car smelled like a dead body. Then later changed her store to stale pizza... what a cover-up for her daughter.

2ndly, I dont understand how a parent can harm their child, there are other options.... give that child to the grandparents, give up her up for adoption, etc... but not what I feel she has done, may she rot in hell. JMHO.

You know the video they show of her reading a book, it makes me want to cry so is an adorable little girl. I agree the mom is a constant liar and the grandparents are odd too.

I'm pretty sure the mom is to blame. If not knows who did it. As a mom I can't see how you would not report your kid missing if that was truely the case.

Oh, it's the mom alright...I think the grandparents were taken in by her for the first few weeks, and then panicked...can they be charged with anything? Is it not some kind of child endangerment? Also, has anyone heard anything about the little girl's father? I have never heard him mentioned...

i think the mom really doesnt know where she is at because of a black out.. they (media) said the mom was a partier and like to have a good time..ifit involved drugs and acohol she may not truly remember..

hopefully some onehas her and wants to keep her. they maybe hoping this all dies down and raise her w/o anyone being the wiser..
