I just saw this article and saved hulu to my favorites. I plan on watching some shows tonight after the NCIS marathon ends.

I've been using Hulu for about 9 months now. It has much more than it did. I have also used Spreety.

Thanks for listing the sites. We're thinking about getting rid of cable again.

thanks for listing the sites and the article. My DH feels better about canceling the cable now that we can still watch some of his shows.

I just joined netflix this morning for the lowest plan which is $4.99 a month (2 movies a month). I am excited they have so many movies and tv shows i can't find at the library or local video stores. It may not be the most frugal way but i figured i would try it for a couple of months and see how i like it.

We ditched DirecTV (around $50 per month) and got on the next plan up from yours ($10 per month). 1 movie at a time, unlimited exchanges. AND the best part so far, unlimited streaming time. We've been really enjoying that, most evenings we watch on DH's laptop. We haven't had too much trouble finding something to watch: Doctor Who (Pertwee and Baker years), some Nova, some of the Palin travel documentaries. Last Exile, a wonderful anime series, was on watch it now.
