Daylight savings time starts THIS weeked!!
I cannot beleive it...already?????? Yep, this Saturday nite, the 8th. I know most of you are thrilled about this. NOT ME. I love the winter, the early darkness, comforting and steaming bowls of soup, the coziness of the dead of winter...sigh..........
anyway, don't forget!!

Oh good. Now I can start waking up on my own at 5:30 am instead of 4:30.
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

Intl mom
I thought I was the only one who loved the early darkness and cold weather.also everything associated with it like hot soups, baking and such. everyone thinks I'm crazy. I'm glad to know I have a kindred spirit.

Yuck. I hate this.
It is so hard to get my kids to bed at their normal bedtimes when it is light out. Sigh....

I'm looking forward to it. I much prefer the longer daylight hours (in the evening) to the shorter.

I hates it, My Precious!
I am a morning person. So, now, instead of taking a nice walk around sunrise at 6:45, it'll be pitch dark; and I'll have to start my walk later -- or give it up.2012 Knitting in progress

I like having more daylight in the evening for one reason....DH and DS are outside more! They have cabin fever and are driving me nuts, I am ready for spring!

I agree, Traci, I don't mind the early darkness.
I'll be flying somewhere over the Atlantic when this takes effect, too bad it won't shorten my 9 hour flight. Ugh!

Ahhh, that means it's closer to summer! I can't wait!
I'm one of those women who would love for it to be 72 degrees all day long and only snow on the weekends. In a perfect world, it'd snow at night and be melted by morning.
