According to the show the recipes that Cat Cora did should feed a family of 4, 21 meals for $150.

I thought some of her prices were high but I think I can do it cheaper in my region... I'm assuming those were Chicago prices.

I tend to get really frustrated watching these shows... a meal for $17 was the BARGAIN because the take-out was $50. I always hope to find new ideas that will help me save but a deal to someone wear Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses and carrying a Burberry plaid purse are just not going to be the same as a deal for me.

Thanks for the link though because I did think some of the recipes looked yummy and that I could do them even cheaper than they did!

(btw, I'm just replying and ranting about this now because I had it recorded and just watched it last night, lol)
