What a wonderful actress!! So sad to see this generation of actors leaving us - at least they will live on through their work.

When my hubby came home for lunch, he gave me the news of her passing. I was sad to hear it, but like MM said, she'll always be remembered as one of the "greats".

I will miss her. Only one left is Betty White. Loved every show she was in.

How interesting that all of the Golden Girls are now gone, except for Betty White, who is suddenly seeing a career rejuvenation. Like she's living for all of them. So sad about Rue.

I really have to admit enjoying that show. We sure have lost a lot of good acting talent lately. Sad.

I just loved Rue as Blanche in the Golden Girls! Very sorry to see that's she's passed. My hubby and I just watched the SNL that Betty White hosted last month a couple days ago - all of the Golden Girls were such comedic talents!

I loved that show. All of them were great. My fav. was probably Estelle.
