Thought I'd start this thread to discuss the show.

Palooka, I agree with you about what you said in the other thread...that guy definitely should have gone home.

I felt horrible for the woman who had something in her eye, and the way the other contestants talked about her! I don't care what opportunity I was giving up...you just don't mess with your eyesight!

There already appears to be a front runner. I can't remember her name, but she really was awesome.

I can't remember the names, but that italian lady rubbed me the wrong way. I like the one, again can't remember names, that kept winning. Alli, or something like that?

Yeah, I felt bad for her too and they was already throwing her under the bus because she went to the ER and left the challenge.

I can't remember her name either but I know the one you are talking about.

I love the Italian lady's voice but not impressed with her on that episode.

The one that seems to be a star already is "Aria". I really like her also. There's another cook on Food Network that Aria looks a lot alike! Her name is Ingrid Hoffmann from Simply Delicisio.

I finally got around to watching the first episode. I agree w/ everyone who said that the right person went home. He was just awkward to watch, imo!

My top 3 favorites are Brad, Aria and Aarti (in that order). Aarti is just so cute; I can't help but like her!

Agreed with the bottom three tonight. The blond chick(her name starts with a Z) drives me crazy!

I thought the challenge was cool though.

That was exactly what I was thinking. I figured from those three, she would have been cut first. But I'm sure she won't last much longer. gah, I hope not!

I watched the for the first time tonight and agree that Dzintra needed to leave - it was as if she couldn't even understand the whole process - painful to watch some of the people tonight in their pairings that didn't work.

However, they are all much more creative chefs than I would/could ever think of being!!

I agree, I was never a fan of Paul. I was totally suprised the "Chicks" didn't kill each other and actually made it to the top spot together. That was fun to watch. Aarti and Tom are my favs at this point. I am glad that it seems Aria is loosing her flair. I have never been a fan of hers, something about her just irks me, lol.
