what was the first book you read?

do you remember the first book you read, mine was little black sambo. * i would give just about anything to find that book again.* and the other one i remember reading before i started school was some science book. i learned that the stars are out during the day, wish i could remember the name but there was a little boy and a dog, that told about science, and the weather. what about you what books do you remember reading.

"Little House in the Big Woods" by Laura Ingalls Wilder. I have the entire collection now. I was 7 when I started my love of reading.
