    The next season starts tonite. I love this show. Not only is it entertaining, but I appreciate NBC trying to get America off their butts!!!

    Me too - find the show engaging and motivating. I picked up some resistance bands today so I can do my physical therapy exercises during TV time - starting tonight!!...in 15 minutes!!

    I can't help but notice that for most to the men it's just about the food, they like to eat. But for woman the over eating is linked to some kind of pain and trauma.
    I relate to the one woman with the kids who said that she gave so much to everyone else she had nothing left to give to herself. That was me 9 months ago. I finally started to give to myself and here I am 50 pounds lighter and the happiest I have been with myself in years. Im looking forward to this season to help me push through this last 20 pounds.

    Well the men kicked some butt this week. I can't imagine starting off with three hours on the treadmill and all the weight training after. I would be puking too! lol

    Did anyone watch this season through?? I did! I can't believe how hot Mark is and I'm so glad Patrick won!! I loved Frado too!!
