    I had it on while I was online, well i saw the first girl's story while i sat on the couch so the rest were a blur..But the way the doctor lady started in on the first girl about how she was 'like a guy with his prostitutes' ARGHHH I wanted to shut it off right then, but i wanted to hear some hints too ..

    basically just take time for yourself, and learn how to say no easier said than done, although I know how to take time for myself now
