OMG, Darlene
I got my puzzles today. They sent a magazine with them of course. They have the MOTHER of all puzzles in there I swear. Maybe you have seen it? It's 24,000 pcs., the price tag is $284.95, and it measures 14ft. X 5ft!!!! DH actually said maybe after I'm back to work and all credit cards are paid off.

Of course I won't be able to work on it until we have our house but DH said he would make me a table for it. The name of it is Life, The Greatest Puzzle by Educa if you want to check it out at SeriousPuzzles.com.

I've seen that one. I'm not sure I have a ROOM big enough to work it in my little apartment!
One that I have longed to work for years is a 2000 piece by Springbok called, I think, "The Color of Money." I generally don't like Springbok puzzles with their big and funky shaped pieces, but I would put up with it for this. Unfortunately, I have nothing to work it on. One table is to narrow and the other is too short. Someday!
What puzzles did you get? Serious puzzles is a good company. I've ordered from them several times.Donna

Zowie that's a bigg'un!
I can't even fathom piecing one that big.Your eyes must have popped out of your head & you got all excited when you saw it and for your sweetie to say he'd make a table for it...If he doesn't know how much you love your puzzles by now he'll never know. It's way too much for me, I think I'll stick to my 750-1000 piece puzzles.
How neat that you have some new ones to work on.
What did you get? How'd ya talk him into it?
Any news on when your surgery is?~*Darlene*~

Ugh, I was like a kid at Christmas looking at the Sears Wish Book.
I still have the catalog opened to it if that says anything. It was easy getting my puzzles. This was part of my Christmas that I was forced to get, because I never ask for anything. Hey orders are orders so I ordered.
I love Josephine Wall, she does a lot of fantasy puzzles and while I'm not into the mystical part of them, they are some of the most beautiful puzzles I've found. I had about 6 of them a few years ago and gave them away. I will never do that again. These came in really nice tins, I missed that part when ordering them so it was a surprise.
I got
Magic by Josephine Wall-1000pcs.
The Three Graces by Josephine Wall-1000pcs.
Clown School by Educa-1000pcs.
I wanted a butterfly puzzle but it's gone.
My birthday is in March and I hope they have it then.

I've looked at Clown School but never bought it. Educa is one of my favorite companies.
Darlene - that looks hard.
We should have a jigsaw thread and post pictures of what we are working on.Donna

Oh I hope so
Darlene. I will probably start on Clown School Monday. I have the table cleaned off but we are having DSS and DDIL over for dinner tomorrow.
Donna, I'd even trade once in awhile if anyone is interested? I keep some of mine but not all. We could post when we have one to trade and pass them on like a coupon train.

I see that Darlene has reopened the Jigsaw Puzzle Kith thread. Why don't we all go play over there?
