I'm about a quarter of the way through Mockingjay and I must say this one is easier for me to put down and go do the dishes or feed my kids.

have any of you read the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo? I love series (depending on genre, mostly) and I know this has gotten rave reviews, but doesn't look at all interesting to me...I have been wondering about the Hunger Games, thank you for this info...I also read The Passage, kinda apocolyptic, but with Vampires (also to be made into a movie, and 2 more books, I think)....very good...

I have not read any of the Girl with the Dragon Tatoo books. For some reason I just can't get excited about them.... My MIL read them and she said it took her a good 100 or so pages to get into them, but once she did they were hard to put down.
I don't know. I'll probably read them someday, but for now they don't really interest me.
I haven't been this hooked on a series of books since Twilight & Harry Potter
