I am very interested in getting an e-reader but have no understanding of how they work.As I look in my area for these I see that most stores sell the kobo e-reader .Anyone have any knowledge of these? Right now they all seem to be in the $109-$139 range(I am in Canada).I notice that the more expensive one is called Kobo touch.
Anyone have the time to give me some pointers on these,I don't even know how they work.Do they need to be hooked up to the computer to load books? If so does your computer have to have some special program to do this? Thanks for any help

I have had a Nook for a little over a year now. I absolutely love it. I have purchased very few books; however I have about 450 books in my library now. I follow Cheap E-Reads on Face Book; also Casting Pearls. There are a few others you can follow. Both of these list books for Kindle & Nook. Good luck and happy reading!!!
