What's the similarities/differences between big/small blogs/bloggers because have been more curious then ever?

Since I'm read Bloom: Finding Beauty in the Unexpected; A Memoir, Kelle Hampton. Have already reviewed it. Have received one negative comment regarding her blog and which I took with a gain of salt because I really want to give her chance before deciding. Even though I kinda think thats she kinda of superficial as opposed real. Based on Nella's birth and etc. Have also did some searches on Ms Hampton and the mainly the results were negative as positive. Which I kinda expected of course.
