Default any one see oprah today?

IT was all about doing what works for you to lose weight, if this wasn't perfect timing.
they said most of us eat for emotions, and getting to the reason is the start of it.
Also if it is heritary (sp?) you can still lose weight, you just have to work harder at it.
Set a cut off time, to stop eating, several hours before you go to bed, so i am setting mine for 7 pm. nothing after that, the first few days will be hard but i can do it right. anyone want to join the band wagon and set a cut off time to stop eating.

I am looking forward to watching the show which will start in about 15 minutes for me

There is something relaxing about watching her show

I won't be doing the cut off time because I break up my meals so much..and I just can't sleep on a growling stomach either ..but good luck to those of you who try that

Yes I did Heaven. Did you see what she said about something telling you to eat and not to do it because that is the part that takes the food stored in your fat?? I thought that was interesting. So next time I lay down and think I just have to eat before bed I will have to remember I have food stored in those fat cells and will live through the night without getting up and eating!

I am going to check out that magazine issue too she was talking about. I want to make my work-out work for me. It was perfect timing!!

omg i'm so upset I went to turn her show on at 4 and it was just news What happened to my OPRAH {sobs uncontrollably} Okay okay I think i'll be okay...{looks for a tissue} ...

Man I'm so bummed I didn't see this, it would have been great to see, hopefully I can find out what happened to her time slot Just the other day she was there and I never heard any mention of it moving

That's so true michelle about the water making you full, I just finished my dinner (had it early) and I still felt so hungry and I knew i only had a little over 200 calories left for my day...i felt so upset, then i remembered i needed water Just this first glass I'm having has done the trick of making me feel full

Oh Heather, I am so sorry. She said she would be talking about it on her website Oprah.com as well. Maybe you can go over there and pick up on some of it.

I am going to have to keep water bottles full even at work!! I want to feel full all the time.

I will try the 7 pm thing too, I am a night eater, and I KNOW that is more than half of my problem, the other part is binging on chocolate when I am stressed...

I didn't get to watch except for like the last five minutes. I wish I could have seen it, but although I know she had great information, my plan is to start exercising and enrolling at this club called Curves. I've heard great things about it.

You know, in San Antonio, where I'm from, they advertise this pill, I can't remember the name, which says it'll help you lose weight. But, you must take it like at 7pm or maybe 6pm, I can't remember now, and not eat anything after that. There are testimonials of people who said they lost weight and are just so amazed. Well, of course they are going to loose weight, just listen to Oprah. I feel sorry for those people who fall for that advertising. Hopefully they'll have their eyes open when they see Oprah.
