Do you have a VCR or DVD player?

We have both, though we would only have a VCR if my brother hadn't given us a DVD player last year for Christmas.

Which do you like better? We don't have a big home theater system, so I really see no difference between the two.

I prefer the DVD player but am too frugal to replace all my old video tapes with DVDS

We have 1 DVD player and 3 VCR's. Steve likes the whole surround sound deal when he's watching tv.....long as I get to see and hear the movie..I'm good lol

have both I love the DVDs. there is so much more on them than the vcr tapes.

We have 2 vcr's and 3 dvd players. My little one uses the vcr for his movies that he loves. The dvd players I got for the older two boys for Christmas. (Walmart for under $50) I have to say that I love my dvd player better because we have it hooked to the stereo and it makes watching a movie a better experience. I will not however go out and get all the movies that we have on dvd. I just don't get the vcr tapes anymore. It is dvd from now on.

We own both, but I prefer dvd's. They take up less space, last longer, have extras, and Gabe can watch them in French if he wants to. We curently buy about the same amount of dvd's as vhs tapes, but that's only because of the cost factor.

2 VCR's, didn't want to change everything over either so we just haven't bought a DVD player yet.

2 vcrs and a new dvd that we have not even hooked up yet. It came free with the tv.

Both, but the vcr quit playing tapes so we only use it to turn the channels on the tv..lol.

WE have both, got it at Xmas at Wal-Mart it was black friday, when I went for it, & I'll never do it again.

We have both, but we really enjoy the DVD player more because it has surround sound.

Both, but as a video store owner I can tell you that I HATE renting dvd's cuz they come back after 2-3 rentals scratched, a lot of them beyond repair ggggrrrrhhhhhh!
