Did you hear that her husbands mistress came forward? What do you think of that? I was glad to hear that his girlfriend immediately went to the police as soon as she saw his picture on the news. Had she waited to do that I would have more doubt in my mind about her and her involvement, if any, to Laci's disappearance. I can't say I blame Laci's family for not beleiving Scott or supporting him any longer!! I would feel the same way. I hope they find her!!

I saw this on the news. I don't blame them for not supporting him either. He has not been forthcoming with any information. I hope they find her too.

I heard the girlfriend on the news this morning say that when she met him she was told he was not married. When she saw the reports about Laci and realized who the husband was she immediately called the police. I agree with you Daphne, that makes it look like she's not involved. And I have to say I don't blame the family either. He needs to come clean with all he knows.

I saw the press conference and this woman was terrified. She did say that Scott said he was not married,they had a romantic relationship and then she also mentioned she could have sold all the pictures to the tabloids but knew that might hurt the search for Laci so she went directly to the Modesto police with them. He has got to be involved. He is being way too evasive. Even her family said that there are questions he won't answer for them. One was "Why were the drapes closed that morning?" They went on to explain that that is the first thing Laci did every morning religously. So if the drapes weren't open she was either gone before that morning or unable to do it. Is his own family still supporting him? They usually make a support statement soon after Laci's family makes an appearance. Funny how they didn't hold a press conference after this Amber girl last night. It's only a matter of time before Scott is busted and his own family abandons him.

sounds like I've been out of the loop on some of the latest.... when I seen the title to the thread I was hoping/wondering if she had been rescued/found.

Oh i totally don't trust scott

There was a clip they showed of him just galantly jogging with his dog ...it made me so sick..i mean he shows NO emotion whatsoever...and you'd think he'd be spending time trying to find his wife not jogging with his dog..did you SEE how many strangers went out on horseback and searching everywhere they could for her? And what's he do? NOTHING Ugh..although I heard that he was going to go to san diego and start something to help find her??

I feel sooo bad for Laci and the unborn baby, because I have a feeling he already killed her...like someone was saying before when he first talked to the media, he referred to her and the baby in past tense!

Oh, dh thinks that he put cement boots on her because they found cement on his boots or something?..but then that made me wonder why she wasn't found in that lake ..but then maybe he dumped her somewhere else like a place he didn't use as his alliby...hmmm makes me wonder a lot

I wonder if you guys saw the exclusive interview Diane Sawyer had w/him this morning. He looked like he was really worried for her but at the same time I just quite didn't buy it. When Diane asked him if he told Lacy that he had had an affair, he answered yes. Diane asked what was her reaction and he pretty much said, she was angry but not too disturbed or you know, just going crazy or anything like that. Diane said, do you really think we're going to believe that her reaction, at 8 months pg, was not full of rage, dissapointment and all those other emotions. He pretty much said no, she didn't have that kind of reaction . When I heard him say that I just could not believe him at all.

He seemed to smile at times even as he spoke of her dissapearance-that was really odd. I think he thinks he has gotten away w/it. I hope he is wrong.

i dont know what to think about this...i have a bad feeling though. I was watching the view this morning and one of them had an interesting opinion....What if she went into hiding as the ultimate revenge on a cheating husband...I too hope this is wrong because she too is in troble now if she did fake her disappearance..

I didn't see the interview with Diane Sawyer or the View this morning but those are some interesting points. I don't think she has gone into hiding but theories like that always come up. I do think that the husband has something to do with it. It will all come out sooner or later...time will tell. It will be interesting to see what unfolds.

If she had gone into hiding would her family be in such anguish? I think she'd at least told her Mom or Dad. I missed both shows. I certainly hope he doesn't get away with it. I'm hoping it's just a matter of time before the police arrest him. There is so much they cannot say as it could jeopardize the search or a possible case. His own family still has not come out saying they still support him.
