    Today's Oprah I am so motovated by it. If these people can lose this much weight I can do what i have to to be health.

    I saw it and was just in awe at the people who lost all of that weight. What an inspiration they were to others who are trying to loose. Just goes to show that if you want something bad enough and set your mind to it, it can be accomplished.

    I just love these kind of weight loss stories. So motivational to me, who only has 30+ pounds to lose, their determination is awesome.
