I heard them speaking of this video on the View yesterday. I also like some of her music but I don't know if I'll like this video or not. It will be interesting to see it.

Another way to make a buck. Her sales have slipped here in the US so why not create a controversy to try and increase your sales. I think it's incredibly sad she's doing this. If you have something to say go to the paper with it, don't try to make a buck off of the very thing that you are speaking out against. She looks like a hypocrit.

It's too bad some people put so much stock into what actors, actresses and musicians have to say. They should stick to what they do and not ram their views on politics and foriegn affairs down our throats. I really don't care what Alec Baldwin, Barbara Striesand, Madonna, Tim Robbins, Sean Penn, Bono & others of their kind think. If you think America is such a horrible place, leave. There, I feel better.

I agree with Darlene, the political opinions of celebrities is completely irrelevant to me. Ie was a couple of years ago that Naomi Campbell went to Cuba and couldn't understand what our (US) problem is with Castro, "he's cool"!! Sheesh!!!!

I don't understand why anyone pays attention to what stars say. Most of them can't even run their own lives let alone know how this country should be run.

Amen!! As far as I'm concerned actors don't have a "platform" to preach to me their kookie ideas. I'm a reasonably intelligent, fairly well read person, and I don't need some Hollywood airhead telling me what to think about anything. Do your job, ACT, nobody's paying you to think for the rest of us!!
