Default have they finally gone to far??

you know the shows meet my folks well i just saw the preview for DATE MY MOM! starts monday, has anyone else seen this. Well several problems i have with it, one is that the woman (mom) and one of the men are in the shower together and the children walk in. . TWO) the boys. (3 sons) are rude and obnoxous. (they all look like late teens early 20's) Do you think this is going to far.or am I totally off the wall with this one.

I've watched several of the "Reality TV" shows, and enjoyed them, i.e., Survivor, The Bachelor, etc. But some of these shows are exceeding the limits of good taste. This sounds like it might be one of them. Have any of you seen Lorenzo Llamas with his "famous" laser pointer on the "Are You Hot?" show? Or even the gross out antics of Fear Factor. Just too much in my opinon.

Yeah I couldn't stand lorenzo llamas on that show.

I also couldn't believe my eyes on that last show I think it was meet my parents, that i watched. They were picking a set of TWINS for their son to go off to hawaii with Talk about, well I don't want to say it

I saw parts of married by america but it just didn't hold my interest for long.

Some of these shows and ones yet to come, just seem like they were thrown together too quick

I think Joe Millionaire went to far, but that doesn't mean it is not entertaining. I am hooked on Survivor, but that is about it. I did see on the news about a reality show where they make you think something horrible has happened. It showed a clip of them making a woman think her child had been kidnapped. I hope that it was not true reality tv. I have to think she knew it was a hoax. If someone pulled a joke on me like that well they wouldnt be making many more shows!!!

IMO Fear Factor has gone way too far. Last weeks show they were putting needles through peoples upper arms, then eating old, maggot filled cheese. I turned it off. How do these people not get food poisoning?

Who died and made Lorenzo Lamas stud of the year? His personality makes him a very ugly person in my book.

I haven't heard of this one yet, but the only reality TV show I watch is American Idol. So I doubt I'll be watching this one either!

I ws just discussing this very thing with my MIL. I think that have gone far out of the boundries of good taste. I have not seen one since the first few Survivors that were worth sitting through. I can see all of the family bickering and snipingthat I want just by being in the same room with my 2 teenagers, I sure don't want to sit and watch it on television . I want those wonderful old televisions shows of the past...like The Waltons and Little House on the Prairie.

I don't watch any reality tv at all, i got turned off by some of the things like eating gross things and so on, so i don't watch. Sometimes i catch a minute or so of American Idol, but not enough to know what is going on.
