The Saskatchewan Saga by Ruth Glover

I picked the series up at the library today; they look good. I have a few books to read before I get to these and I was wondering if anyone has read these. One of the book reviews I read says that Ruth Glover's writing is much like Janette Oke, so that was enough to convinced me. There's now 5 books in the series; I have the first 3 for now.
