    Okay i saw the news tonight and now i am getting worried. Not only with the orange alert but giving the MAD MAN 48 hours. he said he wouldn't leave, Starting to wonder what is going to happen.

    This is a prayer I wrote yesterday, I hope you can find some comfort in it.
    Hugs Leah

    Father, You are the creator of all things. You called forth the planets with a word, and established the stars with the sound of your voice. You have authority over all the resources of the universe, and you have promised to meet all of our needs.

    I bring my friends before your throne of provision right now. You know their needs, and the challenges that face them. Lord, I ask that you would release a mighty blessing upon them and demonstrate your enormous generosity, by providing above and beyond all that they could hope or imagine right now.

    Guard their heart from anxiety and fear. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and cause faith to rise up within them. Enable them to stand firm in this time of uncertainty and ever-present stress, today we pray for the strength to accept the decisions of our leaders and the impact they will have on our world, our society and our families, most especially, our loved ones serving in the Military.
    We ask God to renew our faith, lighten our burden and grant us a peace; and acceptance, that will see us through the days ahead. I pray in Jesus mighty name, Amen!

    Leah - what a beautiful prayer. It certainly calmed my nerves. I just keep trying to remember that God is in control and He has my best interests at heart.
