Anyone watch the academy awards?

J-Lo's dress was a lovely shade of lime sherbet.

Most everyone was dressed conservatively. I told Gabe that Renee Zelweger apparently did not get the memo. (although imo she always dresses very nicely)
What did you think of Michael Moore?

I was so surprised that he said what he did I was almost not sure he had actually said it.
I didn't watch the whole thing though because it seemed Chicago was winning everything.

I only watched a little of it....I was having a hard time getting into it. I saw this morning on the news all the highlights.

I don't think the Oscar's was the the place for him to launch into a political diatrabe.

I saw it replayed on the news. He was getting boo'ed off the stage but wouldn't shut up.

I saw the clip of Mr. Moore's speech on the news this morning and then read it on the internet. I was so afraid that the awards would be turned into a "soapbox" for some of the "pampered, whiney and have no concept of reality" Hollywood crowd.

The way that Iraq is treating our "POWS" should give them a reality check about what this madman is really about! Shame on you Mr. Moore, shame on you!
