Mine would have to be "Steel Magnolias". I cry and cry until Olympia Dukacis' charactor tells Sally Fields charactor to hit Weezer (Shirley McClaine). (Did I lose ya?) Then I laugh and laugh. I love that movie and have seen it probably 30 times.
I cry my eyes out when I watch Stepmom (Julia Roberts and Susan Sarandon). I try to avoid tearjerkers for the most part, and that's why I've never seen Steel Magnolias. I've heard lots of people say how good it is, though, so maybe I'll watch it one of these days.

The movie I most have problems watching is "Terms Of Endearment". My goodness, the scenes with the mom at the hospital, while her daughter is dying, just kill me! I cry and cry! I usually avoid movies that make me sad. I also avoid movies with animals, that have sad parts. I am a great animal lover and movies like "Dumbo" or "Old Yeller" are almost too much for me! I really would rather watch funny movies or science fiction.

I have to agree with what has been posted so far.
I can remember crying watching these:
Beaches
Hope Floats
Fried Green Tomatoes
My Girl
Message In A Bottle
Joy Luck Club
City Of Angels
Bridges of Madison County
I never can remember movies, but I always remember the ones that make me cry. If I had to pick a favorite tearjerker it would be Beaches.
Oh yeah, "Terms of Enderment" is a good movie. I bawled like crazy during "Stepmom" too. I had no idea what it was about, so I was REALlY surprised that it was so sad.
The first time I saw "Titanic" I was newly pregnant with my dd and extremly emotional. I cried during the movie (at the theater), in the car on the way home and for like a half an hour after we got home. It was pretty bad.
Beaches is another good one.
I cry a lot during movies too. I didn't cry during Dumbo, but I did cry at the end of "Armegedon".
I would have to agree with countrymom on "steel magnolias" that and the "terms of endearment".....LOL on the weezer part countrymom......i also like the comment about "looks like 2 pigs, wrestlin under a blanket"....good show.....I still cry when i watch ET...."brians song" was another tear jerker......Oh heck! I might as well admit i cry over commercials too at times......lol
I'd have to say "Brian's Song" gets me every time. I did't watch the remake that was on in early Dec. The original makes me bawl.
Steel Magnolias was good
Never saw Terms of Endearment
Saw Beaches, but it didn't make me cry, at least not that I remember
"My Dog Skip" had me crying too. Ds said he never wanted to see that movie again, as he wiped his eyes.
Here are some of mine
Titanic - I was fine during the movie, it was when my boyfriend (soon to be husband) and I were walking in the mall on the way out of the movie when he said something like " I would die for you too" anyway, all of a sudden I started bawling in the middle of the mall! The worst part was we were with his parents! I was so embarassed ! LOL!
Steel Magnolias
Dead Poets Society
Good Will Hunting
Moulin Rouge
Riding in Cars with Boys (drew barrymore)
When a man loves a woman (meg ryan) to this day I still have never seen the end of that movie, I was so emotional I couldn't watch it...lots of alcholism in my family.

How was Moulin Rouge? I considered renting it last week, but passed on it.

I loved Moulin Rouge!! Saw it TWICE, IN THE MOVIE THEATRE BY MYSELF!! It has everything, music, dancing, love story, tears, and laughter. I thought it was visually stunning and Nicole Kidman was fabulous, she sang every note in that movie. Ewan McGregor also sang and was great too. I highly recommend it if you like musicals. It was a little strange too...just a little warning!
