"Have You Forgotten?" by Daryl Worley
You've heard the controversy. This is the patriotic song that has been banned by numerous liberal top-40 music stations because they thought it was too "pro war."

I heard this the first time a few days ago. I love it.
Thanks for giving it some attention.
Yes I saw the mural on the ebay board I am a member of. It upsets me that anyone would teach a child that violence is the answer to differing opinions.
whether or not Iraq had anything to do with 9-11, its sad that they teach their children it was a glorious event.

I love this song. I was getting tired of all the celebs protesting, and it was nice to see someone who felt the way I did stand up and sing about it. WTG Darryl Worley!
BTW, I don't know if you know how this song came about, but I was watching as interview with Darryl Worley the other day. He had been to see some troops, and they were discussing how it was hurting their feelings that so many Americans were protesting against the war, and President Bush. DW asked them what could he do, and they told him to write a song.

Thank you so much for sending this. I heard this on CMT about a month ago and told my husband about it. I wanted him to be able to hear this song too. God Bless you for sending it! It still moves me just as it did the first time I heard it and I fight back tears when I listen to it. God Bless our Troops and God Bless America

He has just as much right as anyone tp write this song! If the liberal statoins can play the gangsta cr*p, then they should be able to play THIS! I am not a country fan, but this was obviously written from the heart--nice job!
