Regis and Kelly

I took my last personal day today, and I was just watching Regis and
Kelly HYSTERICALLY sobbing. It was a show where they were
surprising Mom's for Mother's Day. The stories were so sad, and the
surprises so nice! I was only a little disappointed in one of the
stories. The mother had a daughter with Spina Bifida, and then last
year her husband was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. They
are now living in her sisters basement. Regis and Kelly gave her a
car. Now, don't get me wrong, it was generous and they needed it,
since their van had over 100,000 miles on it, but that was all they
got. The other mom's got lots of stuff. I wanted to give her
something myself! Like, pay their hospital bills for a few months,
or give them grocery money or something to help out since the father
can no longer work and the mom is staying home to care for him and
the daughter. Still, a great show.

Sounds like a wonderful show. Oprah is going to have a similar type of show today which I'll be watching. We don't get Regis and Kelly here.

i love regis and kelly!!! never watched it even once with kathie lee....

anyway, didn't see today's yet. will have to try to find it on sattelite!!

I watched it and cried a river so I decided not to watch Oprah. I love those shows and each year I cry like a baby. It is so great that they do things like that. I agree with you about the lady only getting the car. I bet they will get some emails about that.
