What did you watch when you were a child?
I remember watching all of the Saturday morning cartoon classics. On Sundays it was always the Walt Disney special. On Friday nights.......The Brady Bunch. And of course I always had to watch the Beverly Hillbillies!

We rarely had control of the tv. *LOL*
I do remember lots of cartoons we watched etc, but I saw a lot of Hogans Heros, My Three Sons, Mr Ed, Little Rascals, Andy Griffith Show, and similar.
I think I saw enough Tom and Jerry and The Brady Bunch to quote episodes by heart. *LOL*
I remember watching Zoom, The Electric Company and Romper Room. And who can forget ole Captain Kangaroo? *LOL*

I grew up without a tv. Yep, that's right and I am still reasonalby well-adjusted! LOL Seriously, we went to our parents' friend's house almost every Friday night (they were sort of surrogate grandparents to us) to play pinochle. While they played, we watched tv. We watched Bonanza, anything western ("uncle" Jimmy loved John Wayne), and later on, Chips. I am sure there were others, but this is all I can remember.

Well, looks like everyone here is just as old as me.
How about HR Puff and Stuff, Space Ghost, Josie and the Pussycats, and the Globetrotters cartoon.

OK, you folks, here comes the memories of a really old person!LOL! I remember when my parents got our first TV. It had a tiny round screen. It was black and white, of course, and I think we had maybe three channels,at most! I watched Ding Dong School (sadly, we just lost Miss Francis, who was the teacher on that program), Howdy Doody, and Ed Sullivan. TV went off the air at like midnight. Those were the good old days! LOL!

We always watched Wonderful World of Disney and Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom on Sunday nights. We watched Brady Bunch and Partridge Family and I remember the adults watching Laugh In.
I loved School House Rock too, those catchy little tunes taught me all kinds of interesting things. My favorite was "Conjuction Function".

I watched a locally produced kids show called,"The Popeye Club". Any Atlanta natives remember that show?
It had Officer Don and Orville as the stars, with lots of cartoons. I loved that show! I watched it in the early sixties.
