Thumbs up BOOK REVIEW - Cape Refuge

Cape Refuge is written by Terri Blackstock, a wonderful Christian writer.

This book is about a couple who are murdered and about who is guilty. Is it the son-in-law who had a fight with them the morning of the murder, is it a drifter who had been in jail but came to the murdered couples bed & breakfast which is really a refuge home for the down and out. Or is it the young man whose wife and daughter were killed. Or is it someone else.

Its also a book about that couple hiding information from their 2 daughters. When the girls were going through their parent's things, they find informtion that they didn't have a clue about.

Its also about friendship and how the Police Chief has to put his best friend in jail.

The great thing about this book and any that I've written by Blackstock, is that you don't figure out who has done the crime until almost the end of the book, unless like me you've read the last couple of pages.

A great read to read during a cold winter night, under a quilt and by the fireplace.
