Michael Jackson being charged on molestation

I just got this as a CNN pop-up news alert....Unfortunately (or perhaps not so much so...), we didn't have TV until GW deployed (this past January) so I am totally clueless about what happened, etc....I just heard the other day that he has kids apparently?!
And that he was going to drop one of them off a balcony or something?!
When I last had TV - he was the best thing since creamy peanut butter - but that was back in the late 80's...
This is horrid.....if he has harmed any child anywhere - he should be castrated & hanged.....I'm sick to death of watching celebrity after celebrity get by with crimes that the rest of us would fry for....

I wanted to go after him when he held his new baby over the edge of that balcony. For some reason i thought that something like 10 years ago...maybe more he was being charged with child molsetation as well. I could be wrong. If he's guilty i hope they put him away.

I don't like looking at him. He creeps me out. I liked the way he looked in the 80s.
As far as the molestation charges. WHY do any parents let their children hang out with someone who lives in an amusement park? (And with some of the other crazy stuff he does. )I don't get it. Not to make light of the charges, its serious stuff. But I am sorry I wouldn't let my child hang out with a wierdo no matter how famous.

What really surprises me is why he was not convicted the last time he was brought up on charges for this same crime with a different kid. For goodness sake, the kid had intimate knowledge of what certain parts of his body that should have remained covered with underwear looked like! I hope and pray that if he is guilty, that he will be punished to the full extent of the law. The man is a several peanuts short of a cracker jack box!

Is it the notoriety issue??
Are folks so stupid that they don't think that filthy rich people do bad things??
He lives in an amusement park?? You gotta be kidding me!! A *real* amusement park?? Like Disney?? What is it - "ThrillerLand"?!
I was a fan in the early to mid 80's - back when he looked like a normal black guy (not to offend anyone) but it's ridiculous to see him now....he was such a cute little kid back in the days of "Ben" and "ABC" - having not followed his whole sordid life, I wouldn't have been able to pick him outof a line-up.....the picture of him in that link CJ posted - OMG - I never would've thought it was him.....
I hope justice is served - to the fullest.....

Yep! His ranch is called Neverland and it has a full amusement park in it.
Here is a link to more on his ranch and the former charges against him

I just think the whole situation is sick and I feel so badly for his three children. He's gotten very creepy and weird. I hope he gets hard time this time, I'm amazed they let him go last time.

Debbie, you're so right, he is a few nuts short of a cracker jack box.
I couldn't believe the interview he gave last winter. He sat there and cuddled with a twelve year old boy and held hands with him. It was totally sickening! Where's that barf smilie when you need it?
