America's test kitchen show?
http://www.americastestkitchen.com/
Has anyone seen this? I haven't been watching much tv, but am going to start making a list of shows that I enjoy again. I feel so out of the loop television wise.If you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. It's internationally syndicated through Universal Uclick. Thank you for supporting Frugal Village.

I have not seen this show, no. The site looks like it has lots of info. Did you sign up so you can have access to the recipes and such?

This is a good cooking show -- they do everything from testing equipment (from $ to $$$$) and what works the best for what is being cooked; they test ingredients; and the things they cook are positively delicious, at least through the television camera!! The cooks Bridget and Julia are very knowledgeable. I've seen them do shows ranging in topics from pies to chili to Buffalo wings and chips and dip (salsa & guacomole). Gotta stop the drooling now!

Forgot to add that with their website, sometimes you can browse recipes and to have access to others, I think you have to register as a user but you don't have to pay anything.

I like it, I get it on PBS every day. I watch it on Saturdays (no particular reason- the kids leave me alone when daddy is home on saturday mornings)

I watch it on the odd Saturday afternoon as well if daddy has the kids somewhere. I iron or mend and try to catch up with shows like this one.
Our very favourite show featured a homeschooler baking cookies. My children were so excited!
I didn't catch very much of that recipe...LOL, but my children were excited to see a homeschooler on television.
I have tried a couple of the recipes and found them to be easy to follow and delicious.

I like it when they test different kitchen produces such as bread knives. Quite often what they think is the best product isn't always the most expensive. They also explain what to look for when buying a kitchen item.
