I enjoyed anything by Shel Silverstein, Judy Blume, I liked the Trixie Belden series, and Harriet the Spy. Gosh, I could list tons.

I remember reading a series of books about a girl detective named Trixie Belden and wish I had hung onto those books now because I would like for my daughters to be able to read them and they are nowhere to be found!

Try your local library. Most of them still have those books as well as the Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys series..

Beverly Cleary was my favorite author, Mitch and Amy was my all time favorite book she wrote.
On 11-22-85 I married the man of my dreams.
On 01-13-89 I gave birth to the love of my life.
