    Arrow Zoolander

Hubby rented Zoolander. Was it me or did this movie stink? *LOL*

I won't watch movies with Ben Stiller in them. He is a star I find creepy! I saw the trailer and that was bad enough!

Too funny you mentioned this! We went over to a friend's house yesterday who had rented it. While we were there, they put it on because they thought it was a riot. From the parts I saw, it was completely stupid, and they were laughing their butts off. Maybe I don't have a good sense of humor

We rented it this weekend. What a waste! We thought it might be funny, but it was one of the dumbest movies I've seen.

I agree the trailer stunk. What suprises me now is how many movies just no longer appeal to me. My family used to rent movies almost every weekend, now we seldom ever rent a movie, and most of what is out there just doesnt seem worth the money anymore, I wonder if its just me or maybe i'm getting old.

I'm with Karla, movies just are soooo under par to what I was used to seeing in the past. It's like they are trying to pass off B movie plots with A list actors and make money off it ..i don't know.
But what happened to good movies, like Shaw Shank Redemption, Last of the mohicans, Pelican brief..well to me those were good but I just don't see anything that even keeps my interest, and the trailers these days seem to not even give me a clue as to what the movie is ABOUT when they do look half interesting you know? Oceans 11? That flew by me didn't have a CLUE what it was about but I sure new who would be acting in it!
Panic room looks interesting just because it's Jodie foster, I can't imagine what more it has going for it than just a long movie about jodie foster trying to escape a house, which I've seen those plots already on made for TV movies!
Frankly shows like Providence are what I look forward to cuddling with hubby and a bowl of popcorn..
Oh and Americas funniest videos we really enjoyed tonight too.
It's really not worth the half hour wait in line on the weekend to rent a movie anymore, so we have started buying the movies that we really like.
Wow I didn't realize i had so much to say about this topic!
