    Default The end of Frasier.....

I know Friends was the big seris finale for NBC, but Frasier was pretty good. I've missed most of the last 2 seasons since I didn't have NBC where we were living, but I always watched the reruns when I got a chance. At this rate the only thing left on NBC will be ER...lol

Anyway, I will probably watch it, even though I've only caught 5 episodes this season. Is anyone else going to watch it?

I've only watched a handful of episodes over the past decade or so, but I did like the shows I watched. I saw an interview with the show's star (his name escapes me) he said he would have stayed on with the show, had he been asked. I can't understand why NBC would cancel a popular show.

They also said that his (Kelsey Grammer's) character of Frasier is the longest running character in TV once you add on all the years that CHEERS was on. It's been popular for NBC. It makes me think of what Jay Leno said when he had the castr of FRIENDS on there last week: "Welcome to the Tonight Show, the only show this season that NBC is bringing back next season."

As long as ER stays on for a few more years I guess NBC is safe, after that they won't have much of anything left.

I'll be watching it. I've always loved Frasier, I'm more upset about it ending than I was about Friends.

I really liked Frasier too. Very witty. When it first came out, I thought there's no way that this will last. I was pleasantly surprised. I will be watching tonight...and probably too.

LOL, I know, before it started, DH and I never thought it would last. But it really did, it's a great show.

With all the bad luck spin offs seem to have I was with you two, but it did well. I saw the DateLine special Tuesday night it was good too. All the good funny shows are ending it seems.

And Michelle, you won't be alone in the crying department, I cry at just about anything. Crying Into Tissue

    Uhgg.....

DH got home from work and wanted to go grab something quick for dinner so I missed it. I did tape it and I plan on watching it very soon.

I saw the first few minutes though. Oh well, off to watch it. But first to be on the safe side I'll grap a few kleenex just in case I need them....lol

He went to Chicago instead of SF to get the girl.

It was okey, but I wish they would have shown him and her together when he went after her.

I missed all but the last 10 minutes. I did though LOL

I think they gave away most of what happened in the preview anyway I hate it when they do that.

So why was his girl going to Chicago, and why did it take him until the end of the show to go get her?

The girl was originally from Chicago, and had decided to move back there.
