Fantasia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was glad to see her win. Not only is she a talented young lady, but she is from NC as well.

Diana was great too. I have a feeling, like with Rueban and Clay from last year, both of them will go far. I just hope that Diana finishes up her High School career before she heads off to be a big star.

I'm disappointed, but not surprised. The judges made such a hoopla over Reuben last year and he won (I personally thought Clay was better). This year they made the hoopla over Fantasia and she won. I personally can't stand her voice - too much nasal, too much whine, and too scratchy for my tastes. Love Diana though and extremely sad she didn't win. I hope she does just as wonderfully with her career as Clay has though.

I thought it would be Latoya at first when this season started. The night that she and Fantasia were in the bottom 2 I didn't know what to think. Even though Jazzy wasn't one of my favorites I felt sorry for her win the whole entire audience booed when Ryan said that she was safe. It was a great show, and I have a feeling they will both have a lot of success.

Fantasia reminded me a lot of a younger Tina Turner....

Diana - well - she sang well but I could just visualize a rebirth of another Brittany Spears or something.....

I still think William Hung shouldda won!!

I was happy with the results but would have been just as happy with Dianna or George Huff. Actually thought there were several great singers in this one.

I've been watching all the ET updates and features on American Idol since we don't get the channel it airs on here. Maybe I'm way off, but quite frankly neither of them impressed me very much. I guess I'm just spoiled because I hear much better singers at church each Sunday. Our church rocks!!!!
