favourite stargate, startrek sites
Leah Rosenthal's cartoons are priceless, if you like StarGate. http://cartoons.ashtonpress.net/startoons.htm
http://www.gateworld.net/ is where I find the latest news, the best summaries and a lot of good stargate info
and the other place I really like is http://www.sg1archive.com/ which is the StarGate Information archive.
SevGate and Sev Trek are two wonderful related cartoon sites from Sev Space at http://cartoons.sev.com.au/Sev-Space/
sevgate is at http://cartoons.sev.com.au/Sev-Space/Sevgate/
The Sev Trek stuff is at http://cartoons.sev.com.au/Sev-Space/Sev-Trek/
there are spoofs of the Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and many other lovely bits in SEV.
enjoy!

I'm hoping too! I think it should be. We won't see it in Canada for a year if the sci fi channel gets it in the States due to CRTC regs.
Its Canadian content regulations. Because there is one Canadian Sci fi channel called Space, they block any others from coming in via Satellite. The CRTC has a running war on Spike TV because it shows stuff that Canadian channels want to run so it prevents competition.
It baffles the average Canadian, most of us would prefer not to have a govt nanny choose the channels we can subscribe to but that is the way it is.
Religious programming is another one that the CRTC has kittens over.
We'd all fall apart if we got religious radio and TV you see, and heaven forfend we had a choice in SCI FI!!! My goodness, Canada might come apart at the seams!!!!
AND SPIKE TV is the end of civilization as we know it.
Poor Dh missed a whole 2 day James Bond extravaganza on Spike last Christmas. It was blacked out and they put Bay Watch on instead. My eyes my eyes! I prefer Bond.
I'm being bad, just ignore me.

What is your favorite episode? Mine is where O'Neil and Teal'c get caught in that time loop and have to learn what the runes say so they can get unstuck.

I LOVE that episode-- I asked dd without telling her which one, and she picked the same one, it's probably my top favourite. the kids and I watch that over and over.
I'd have to say the one where they find the Tokra is great. The one where Daniel's wife dies is weird but good and 1969 is up there. Oh and the one where Daniel gets kidnapped by the underwater creature. The crystal skull episode is funny and I like it.
My personal favourite after those would be the one with the black hole.
