So, Martha, what'd ya want, a cookie?
She actually claims that being nice to people - something that any decent ordinary person would do - is an act of charity and she should be given leniency!
Click on the "click here" link to read her letter to the judge.
Then read the bottom of the first page and page 2.
I feel so bad for this woman. Not because of what she's going through with court and jail time, but for her lack of human connection so much that she thinks complimenting people and bringing bread to a new neighbor should be on a list as acts of charity.Milissa

I don't think she should be in prison in the first place. Imho, this whole thing is a travesty of justice. How many millions of dollars ( our tax dollars!!) have been spent on this witchhunt? Can you tell I'm a Martha fan?

edited to add:
If I were forced to list 'good works' I have done, I would be pretty hard pressed some days. I think Martha has me beat , most days. JMHO
