    Thumbs up The Amazing Race...

Anyone watching this? I have been watching it on the couch (vs. my bed) in an attempt to stay awake through the whole thing. It seems to be working so far

Anyway, who are you rooting for? I don't really have any favorites. I was sorry to see the brothers go due to one of them having knee problems. I don't like the way Myrna and Sharla (sp?) play the game (like trying to steal cabs that are obviously still in use).

So far I really like the bowling moms and chip & his wife.

I can never stay awake to watch, lol. I would like it was on at 8 and big brother at 9.
I really don't have any favs. Seems like everything is so edited to show certain people in a bad or flattering light, whatever will "play" better.
I really admire the way Charla works so hard to complete whatever task she has to. They really make her partner look like a whiney brat.

I was also a little sad to see the brothers go. I felt bad for his knees (ouch)! I was HAPPY to see Alison & Donny go... there's that whole Ali thing I have from BB4, UGH!

The only people I really don't care for much are the twins, the dating models (Brandon and Nicole? -I think those are the names), and the taller one of the Charla/Myrna team.

The twins just seem to whine a bit much for me... like everyone has to be super nice and help each other out, and they get upset if someone doesn't. Really, it's a RACE!

Brandon and Nicole just irritate me! They seem to be good people and all, but there's just something about them that bother me to no end.

The taller one of the Charla/Myrna team... I think Charla is the little person, right? Well Myrna majorly bothers me, too. There's no reason she has to be blatantly trying to rip the other teams off, then turn around and act like she had no idea. Ugh.. that gets to me!

I do like Colin & Christie. I'm starting to like Chip & Kim more with each episode. The bowling moms are okay... nothing I'm really rooting for, but nothing I don't like either. I was sad to see Jim & Marsha go. I was rooting for them from Day 1.

    Whew! Just my 2 cents.

I liked Jim and Marsha too. I think this is the best reality tv show on tv. It is very unpredictable unlike the others. Collin and Chisty and Chip and Kim are the teams we are rooting for here at this house. Myrna and "Smerna" as the brothers refered to them are the ones we'd like to see go. There always seems to be one team everyone loves to hate and they usually make it to the final 3. I'm still realing from the team that wone 2 races ago. The REALYY whiny girl who wanted to give up all the time.

Anyone still watching this? I saw it last night, but missed the last 15 minutes. I'm SEVERELY hoping that Colin and Christy wound up losing because he was a total a$$hole to that cab driver and was even a$$ier (is that a word?) to Christy about the whole thing. I was totally and completely appalled by his behavior. I think he should have been kicked off the show for his total disrespect.

They were the first team to arrive Amy. I wanted them to lose because he is very rude to her!!

I am rooting for Chip and Kim or the bowling moms. I am surprised the bowling moms are still in it.

I was so hoping last night that Colin would have been arrested for real and thrown in jail. He is such a jerk and a typical abuser. He tried to turn all his bad beavior around and blame Christy for it. She needs to get as far away from him as fast as she can. I'm really rooting for Chip and Kim or the Moms to win now.

I really liked Colin and Cristy when the show started. As it has gone on he has gotten worse and worse! The worst thing about last nights episode was, Christy was apologizing to HIM!!!! Gosh I really want him off now. I really want Chip and Kim to win and have from the begining. They have played the most fairly of all.

The reason that Christy was apologizing to him is because he has so messed with her head that she actually is starting to believe it might be her fault after all. She is really demonstrating typical behaviors of an abused woman. It's so sad...she needs some serious counseling to see that none of this is her fault and that Colin is a class A jerk!
