hehehehe well, I ended reading the book by the expert she had on the show.

The Secret Life of Germs : Observations and Lessons from a Microbe Hunter
by Philip M. Tierno Jr. Ph.D

It was a fascinating read. I couldn't put it down. Really easy reading level, and fun style.

Good little sidebars, with WAY WAY more info that he couldn't fit into OPRAH's show.

Great one to pick up at your library for a fun read thru the subject.
