    Smile Good Reading

    Well, it is October and getting time of the year for settling in with a hot cup of tea, a quilt, and a good book. I just finished A year of Grace by Margaret Hope Bacon. It was excellent. It is about a Quaker woman in her last year of life and how she chooses to spend that year. Sounds depressing but it isn't at all; good reading. Anyone else reading something good??

    I'm reading Ted Dekker's book "Black" right now. Just started it last night.

    Man - I don't know how you ladies do it - I am reading about 18 books of different caliber, excitement, involvement levels and as soon as I get horizontal - I'M OUT !!!
    These are books that I really am interested in and Really want to read!! I don't know how to stay awake and enjoy them !! It's like college all over again. And I can remember reading Stephen King and not being able to go to sleep but with the stuff I might actually learn from It really stinks - I feel like such a loser!
