The "Left Behind" seris
Has anyone read it. I've alway's wanted to and never got around to it. I saw them at the library I go to and they all of them except book one.
We were talking about books at work and the guy I work literally has a library in his house (in fact he spent $950 on a book on e-bay a few months ago
)
Anyway, I mentioned these and said I wanted to read them but the library didn't have book 1. Well today I got to work and he had the first 3 for me to borrow.
I just started a book Wed. while I was here most of the day by myself so as soon as I finish it (hopefully tomorrow or Sunday)
I plan on starting to read these.
I've heard its a great seris and was wondering what you all thought as well.

I have read all of the Left Behind books. I enjoyed the books. Even my 21 year old son read them all. So enjoy. Fern
Yes I'm out of my mind. It's a dark and scary place in there.

I have read all the books and loved the series. There was one of the latter books (can't remember which #) that I didn't enjoy as much as the others (the storyline in that book drug on forever in my opinion).

I'm looking forward to getting started on them. I've been meaning to do so for a long while now so I am excited to have 3 books to read.
He said that when I finsish these he has most of the other ones in the seris that I can borrow as well.

I have read up to book 9, and my kids are reading the kids series. We have all really enjoyed them. Very thought provoking.

I read them and loved them but there was one that was kind of slow to get into.

I was tempted to start them now, at work, so when Joe came to get my check I gave them to him to go on and take home (otherwise I would probably leave them here over the weekend)

I read them all- and the kids series as well. It's great fiction, but too many people took it as truth of what will be--
It was so easy to read, and get caught up in the characters.

I love this series! Two of my sons have read the series as well and we have all enjoyed them. There is one book that kind of drags (can't remember which one though). There are 2 more books coming out in the series also.

Well, I started reading the first on last Saturday and really enjoyed it. I finished it Monday morning before Joe got up and was able to take it back to Tom already. I started reading the 2nd one at work yesterday (between customers and playing on the computers) and I am about 1/3 of the way thru it.
He was suppose to bring me a few more last week but with getting ready for his vacation and stressing over his truck being hit I told him not to worry about it that I had plenty of other books to read if I finsih 2 & 3 before he gets back on the 26th.
Did any of you see the movie versions of the first 2 books?

Yes - we have the video of the first movie and the dvd of the second. They are a bit different from the books, but what movie from a book isn't? Same basic storyline though.Originally posted by KKCondrey

I have no desire to read them, but BOY, do they get checked out A LOT at the library where I work!
We have to replace all of them regularly because they literally get worn out. WE have several that we have mended multiple times to get more use from them.
