YAY!! Martha Marathon
Some people will need to look away now, but for those who like Martha Stewart, you will love this. Our local cable TV plays martha's program daily. Their new advertisement for her program says this: "Martha's been out of the public eye lately (LOL) and to celebrate her return there will be a martha marathon starting March 4" It starts Friday and runs 24 hours until Sunday evening. THAT"S RIGHT back to back Martha programs for 50 hours! Yoo hoo!
Now, if only I could work out how to record some of it on our new DVD CD writer thingo.

I work at K-Mart...some may know this already
Around Christmas, I waited on a lady at the jewelry counter. When it was time to check out, she pulled out her check book and said, "Please, don't laugh at my name..."
She had such a look of long suffering that I became concerned. She handed me her completed check and I looked to the Signature....I couldn't help but smile as I read : Martha Stewart
I kept my laughter curtailed and told her that she was much prettier than that "other" Martha and we both had a good chuckle.
I thought you ladies would appreciate this little story...
BTW...I like Martha, too!

I used to watch Martha every single weekday on regular tv (we don't have cable) and i about had a fit when they took her off. I am so dissappointed that I havent been able to see her. I really really miss her show. Her website is great, but i want to see her on tv!!!
I hope the channel puts her back on once she's released...or that i can find some episodes somehow!
