I am reading Beach Girls by Luanne Rice. This is the first book I have read by her. It's good so far.

I read that, and the Postcard (same author) about two weeks ago and loved it.  LMK what you think!

Right now I'm reading Sheparding a Child's Heart-- a book about disciplining your children the Christian way, and how to help them be closer to God.  It's ok, but not nearly as good as I'd expected.

I dearly love to read Gladys Taber's work! Isn't she great? I've got a copy of the Stillmeadow Sampler and love to dip into it -- it is terrific bedtime reading. The country life essays are very inspiring.

Currently reading a couple of things -- Eric Sloane's "Diary of an Early American Boy" and Anne Perry's "Funeral in Blue". I'm an Anne Perry adict.....

Amy--Will you be reading the others in the Series? I think there's 4 and one coming out in August. I've only finsihed the 1st chapter and really can't get into it just yet. I hope it gets better

Yes, I will, next time I get to the library I hope to get the next one.  I really enjoyed it and read the whole thing in two or three days.  I hope you like it better as you read further along!

Tammy all of Lewis's books are like that. I always find as each series progresses, her books get better. I've read the whole series and its well worth the read.

I'm reading a number of books right now for a 8 week session I'm taking. Heavy reading.

I'm also reading Deep in the Heart by Gilbert Norris.

I am a bookaholic, so these are what I have read in the past ten days:

    The DaVinci Code
Best Friends: The True Story of the World's Most Beloved Animal Sanctuary
    The Christmas Matchmaker
To the Heart of the Nile

I just started Dragon's Blood. It's by Todd MaCaffrey, Anne McCaffrey's son. She created the dragons of Pern and her son is now keeping the legacy alive.

After this, I have two Mercedes Lackey novel to read, another Dan Brown (Angels and Demons) and a Phillip Roth novel.

I am also reading a "new" (to me--actually a 1989 copy) of Good Old Days magazine.

Can you tell I am in need of a book fix at ALL times? It's a good thing I work in a library!

I just received John Grisham's latest, "The Broker", as an early birthday gift. I can't wait to get started.

I'm reading and reviewing Pat Mistretta's Surviving the Tough Times and Tim Covell's Rational Simplicity.

From the library I borrowed a stack.
